Team coaching involves the coach working with an established team to assess their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, develop action plans, and provide support and guidance that is in line with the team’s purpose and organization’s vision.
This can look like a weekly facilitated session and/or a one-day (or longer) meeting that is facilitated away from the office to limit distractions and interactions.
